Our dances

This season we are performing Cotswold dances in the styles of Stanton Harcourt, Ilmington, Adderbury, Steeple Claydon and Hereford Ladies and a variety of Border dances. Some of the traditions have links to our notation. Don’t expect to understand the notation, as they were originally written as memory joggers, and don’t expect us to dance what’s written down — it is folk dancing after all!
